R220: Modified PE polymer film is ideal for use in resin infusion and is compatible with epoxy, polyester and vinylester resins up to 120 ° C (248 ° F).
R200: Red is a modified, high elongation PP polymer film, excellent release properties and compatible with all commonly used resin systems up to 302 ° F (150 ° C).
R250: Modified PMP polymer film, with excellent release properties, is suitable for a wide variety of release film applications up to 400 ° F (204 ° C).
R500: Red white or purple FEP film with high elongation and excellent release properties up to 500 ° F (260 ° C), approved by multiple OEMs.
R600: High temperature, tough fluoropolymer release film with excellent release characteristics combined with high elongation. Suitable for use with all commonly used resin systems.Clear blue for ease of identification on the cured laminate. (232ºC / 450°F)
R620: High temperature, tough fluropolymer release film with excellent release characteristics combined with high elongation. Suitable for use with all commonly used resin systems. Most commonly used in aerospace applications and has numerous OEM approvals. Clear blue or red for ease of identification on the cured laminate. Available perforated or non-perforated. (232ºC / 450°F)
R888: Silicone coated nylon fabric. Coated with heat cured silicone release solution, to aid removal from the cured laminate. Some phenolic resins are known to adhere to nylon release fabrics, and it is therefore recommended that the customer conduct their own internal compatibility tests. (204ºC / 400°F)
