Peel Ply

Woven fabrics that can be light and heavy, offered in both nylon and polyester. Some are sticky on the back. It is used to facilitate the consumable application process.

PP100PS: Medium weight nylon peel coat that operates up to 204 ° C (400 ° F), stripping cleanly and quickly from most resin systems.

PP100: A white, medium weight, nylon peel coat that operates up to 400 ° F (204 ° C), stripping cleanly and quickly from most resin systems.

PP100 GREEN: Fluorescent green, medium weight, nylon peel coat, easily visible and peels cleanly and quickly from most resin systems, operating up to 400 ° F (204 ° C).

PP200: A white, lightweight nylon peel coat that operates up to 204 ° C (400 ° F), stripping cleanly and quickly from most resin systems.

PP-A400: Recommended for use with a range of systems, including phenolic resins, a white, heavy polyester peel coat, operating up to 356 ° F (180 ° C).

AEROPLY 600: A white, medium weight polyester peel coat that strives easily and cleanly from a range of systems, including phenolic resins. Approved in various aviation specifications, suitable for use up to 400 ° F (204 ° C).

AEROPLY 500: Medium weight nylon, peel coat for use directly against laminates or bond lines, giving a very fine mesh pattern when removed from the laminate. It holds various aviation certifications and can be used up to 450 ° F (232 ° C).
